How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets online 24 hours a day or by calling our Box Office on 028 9038 1081, Tues – Sat: 10am-7pm, Sun-Mon: 10am-5pm.  (When there are no performances in the theatre, Box Office hours are 10am – 5pm daily)

Can I exchange my tickets or get a refund?

How do I find out the running time of a performance?

We usually don’t know the exact running time of a show until previews or opening night. After this you can find the information on the show pages of the relevant production in the What’s On section. About a week before the show opens you can speak to the Box Office who should be able to give you an approximate running time.

Can I buy a programme for a past production?

Yes! Drop us a line and we’ll have a look through the archives to see if we have one available.

Can I book a Babe-in-Arms ticket?

Babe-in-arms tickets are available for children under the age of two years old who do not require their own seat. This ticket is free of charge and must be booked through Box Office.

Can I use photographs or other images from a Lyric Theatre production?

Most of the images and photography that we use in the publicity for our shows are only available for us to use for our own marketing materials. If you have a query about using a photograph or image please email and we will try and assist you.

I am a photographer and would like to work with the Lyric.

We work closely with a small number of photographers and often specific photographers are used at the request of a director. Email with a link to your website and if your work is relevant we will keep your details on file for future use.

Have you got any current vacancies?

All vacancies for permanent staff, as well as part time front of house and bar work are advertised on the jobs section of our website.

Can I do a Work Placement at the Lyric?

The Lyric are currently reviewing our student placement policy. Any available placements will be advertised in the jobs section of our website.

Do you run a Youth Theatre scheme or theatre schemes for young people?

Our award winning Creative Learning department run a number of projects and initiatives to open up our work to young audiences. Do you accept scripts?

The Lyric does accept scripts during specific call periods throughout the year.  Check out the New Writing section of our website for updates on these call dates.

Can the Lyric support my charity?

We do our best to support charities, but as we are a charity ourselves we have limited resources. If you contact our marketing team with a letter from your chosen charity (including charity number) we will endeavour to help you. We are unable to provide monetary sponsorship.

How can I support the Lyric?

As a registered charity, fundraising is vitally important for us. You can support the Lyric by making a donation online or over the phone.
