In term 1 our young actors will explore a wide range of performance and acting techniques from improvisation and characterisation to script work and physical theatre. The group will start to develop their own ‘actors toolkit’ learning key skills essential to any actor.
Participants will work together in groups to explore ideas and create their own devised performances. The process will help young people to develop essential skills such as confidence and communication skills, creative thinking and decision making as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
Classes are led by our team of professional facilitators and will encourage young people to grow in confidence and develop new skills.
