Lyric Theatre School Term 2: Yr 13 & 14

The perfect class for those studying AS /A Level drama or those interested in pursuing a career in theatre. Senior Theatre School is a training programme for aspiring young actors.

This course will be taught over 12 weeks by a core tutor of The Lyric Theatre. It will cover key elements of actor training including Voice, Movement and Improvisation. We aim to introduce young actors to various theatre techniques, preparing them for further study of acting either through the Lyric Drama Studio or a recognised drama school.

This weekly course demands a high level of commitment; participants must be on time for each session and come ready to work & learn. Participants will also have unique access to the expertise and advice of the Creative Learning Dept when thinking about post school options + drama school auditions.
