Casting for our in-house productions is led by the Lyric’s Casting Director and Producers, working in close partnership with each production’s artistic team. We are proud of our long tradition of nurturing home-grown talent.

Stella McCusker, Roisin Gallagher, Conleth Hill, Rachel Tucker, Anthony Boyle, and our Patron Liam Neeson are just a few of the many artists who went on to achieve success on stage and screen. As a Playhouse for all, we welcome artists from every background and value the many different paths that lead to a career in performance. We operate an inclusive approach to casting and aim to ensure that casting sessions take place at accessible venues.
