Goliath Trust Launches Christmas at the Lyric!
It is a 'GO' on Christmas 2023 at the Lyric thanks to the Goliath Trust!
We are delighted to be joined by almost 400 children from 15 schools all over Belfast, who are part of the The Goliath Trust, for the first Preview Performance of Hansel and Gretel. This is our 5th year partnering with the Goliath Trust in providing free tickets to schools to our Christmas Family Productions. For some of these children this will be the first time they have attended a live theatre production.
This years visit has also been in partnership with Summerhill Foundation, who provided transport and snacks for the children. We are so delighted to welcome these schools and to work with the Goliath Trust and Summerhill Foundation in making this possible!
The Goliath Trust seeks to raise funds to help address the persistant problem of educational underachievement in Northern Ireland's most disadvantaged areas. The Summerhill Foundation is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community by providing grants to voluntary and charity organisations whose projects meet their strategic objectives.
