Donna Anita Nikolaisen
Donna Anita Nikolaisen is an Irish Actor and Voice Over Artist. Trained at The Focus Theatre and Montfort School of Performing Arts her stage credits include: 'Tea Chests and Dreams' at The Axis, 'No Irish No Blacks No Dogs' at The New Theatre, 'Jane Eyre' at The Gate, 'Talking to Terrorists' at The Samuel Beckett and 'The Bacchae of Baghdad' at The Abbey. Film credits include 'Sweetness in the Belly', 'Hallmark’s Christmas at Castle Hart' and the award-winning short 'QED' – where she won Best Supporting Actor at the Underground Cinema Festival for her role as ‘Ali’. TV credits include 'Nova Jones', 'The South Westerlies', 'Conversations with Friends', ''Kin and 'Blood'. Her breakthrough role came as Zambian nurse and refugee Ama Chisenga on 'RTE’s National Soap Fair City' (2013 – 2017). This will be Donna's debut with Quintessence Theatre and An Táin Arts Centre.
