Ignition is Frantic Assembly’s free, nationwide talent development programme for all young people aged 16-24. With the support of our UK wide partners, Ignition seeks out underrepresented talent in unexpected places.
Ignition has been discovering and nurturing talent for 14 years and has worked with thousands of young people in that time. Our 2022 programme alone has engaged with over 700 young people. Ignition graduates have gone onto successful careers within the creative industries, working with Frantic Assembly and other national and international companies.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
This Autumn, Frantic Assembly will be travelling across the UK to deliver FREE taster and trial workshops in association with their 13 regional partners.
24 young people will then be selected to join them in London to devise and perform two original productions at Brixton House.
All aspects of the intensive are paid for by Frantic Assembly.
