To give you a taste of what's to come in our online
New Speak Re-Imagined programme, our commissioned artists are here to tell you more about themselves and the piece they are creating. First up is Dominic Montague with his piece
RealTalk.RealTalk Just because everything is different, doesn't mean anything has to change... Taking place in a reality not so distant from our own, run by a pervasive and all controlling Party; RealTalk is your favourite impartial reporter, serving you straight up facts in a world askew. A world in flux. A world being rebuilt.
But can you always trust what you're told? Is seeing always believing? How far will we go to put things back the way they were? Is there any other choice?
Dominic is a theatre maker working across stage, site-specific production, audio drama and film; he has created work with companies across Northern Ireland and internationally; including Prime Cut, Kabosh, Big Telly, Archa Divadlo Prague, BCC Writers Room and Outburst Queer Arts Festival.
